Meet Diego

Raised in Peru, Diego has travelled the world as a Chef working in highly celebrated venues in such elevated dining venues, including Gimlet, Marion Wine Bar, Quay and Tetsuya, as well as the Michelin-starred international establishments such as The Ledbury in London and Whitegrass Restaurant in Singapore. His cuisine centres around fresh, seasonal produce with a touch of finesse. ​ ​With a flair for fine dining, patisserie and experimenting with foods and preservation. When not in the kitchen, you will find him with his family, enjoying the outdoors, travelling, tending to his vegetable garden, fruit trees, foraging and exploring the Peninsula.

Meet Amber

Raised in Mornington, Amber has been a professional photographer since 1997. With a love of nature, people, her veggie garden and cooking (with a wild Cookbook collection!). A seasoned photographer predominately shooting Food, Cafes, Restaurants and Products. When not working you will find her with her family, walking, exploring nature parks or dining out somewhere local. Amber has opened a new studio space in Moorooduc’s newest collaborative art’s precinct The Studio and Co and you can visit her website here
